A 40 year old husband and CEO of a busy international company. Between his multiple international trips and almost weekly domestic trips Chris manages to find time to train. It wasn’t always like this though…

August 2015 Chris and a few of his staff signed up for the Melbourne Tough Mudder. Wanting to not be the slowest person in the group Chris decided to do some research and find out what exercise program would set him up best for success in the tough mudder.

After multiple google searches he came to realise CrossFit kept coming up. Originally being a fitness program for police, the military and emergency services he decided this would be the way he could get in shape to tackle the 21km obstacle course awaiting him at the Tough Mudder.

It was a funny coincidence actually because he had put one of our flyers in his top draw as the gym had just done a flyer run the previous month.

His initial intention was to train for 10 weeks in the lead up to the tough mudder “get his fitness back” and then leave it there...

The results for Chris after 10 weeks of training were nothing short of amazing! Body fat loss, improvements in strength and cardio fitness. Chris had a new found love for exercise…

Upon completing the tough mudder and successfully not being the slowest person on the team even though he was the oldest Chris decided to take his training a little more seriously and decided to sign himself up for a 6 week coaching program offered to our clients…

The program is offered to those who want to not only improve their training through more individualised programming but also want to improve facets of their outside lives to increase performance in the gym. 1 weekly PT session followed up with an accountability system and nutrition and mindset advice to build a better framework for your lifestyle outside the gym.

This is the email he sent me after 6 weeks!
