CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits such as video games and TV on a Friday afternoon, which means all-around better health for our children. The program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied personalities you can find in a class full of kids. CrossFit Kids is designed to be minimalist; it is inexpensive and often requires little or no equipment, allowing kids an opportunity to begin the pathway to be physically fit and physically active throughout their lives. Coach Monica has a mountain of experience and just loves training the kids every week.

The program is run during the school term. We have two classes every Friday at 315pm - 345pm (ages 5-10) and 345pm - 430pm (ages 10-16)
