Contrary to what you may have heard CrossFit is NOT just for those who are already fit.

Don't bother trying to "GET FIT' before you come in...  The reason you go to a gym in the first place is to get fit so why waste your trying beforehand.

The first few weeks are the most rewarding and the most encouraging for someone who is new because:
