Dr Nick is the owner of Balance Health and Performance which has 6 locations around Sydney. He works with multiple CrossFit games athletes and also Australian National weightlifters.
His knowledge of the demands of CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting on the body are currently the best in Australia and is the reason he is asked to travel internationally to look after his athletes during competitions. We are lucky enough to catch him before he heads to this year’s CrossFit games at the end of July.
He will be hosting a workshop at the box on the 5th of July from 7 till 8pm and spaces are limited to 10 to ensure you get quality time and attention from Dr Nick!
